The fight mode our bodies automatically go into is an urgent signal for us to jump to the rescue. Whilst anxiety can throw us into this same physiological response, it is merely a feedback to the quality of our thinking patterns related to the fear of what could go wrong.

I take my clients through the process of altering how they think by shifting their mindset. I constantly work with clients who have suffered years of anxiety silently or have been prescribed medications that suppress their symptoms. A combination of therapy and coaching helps me in getting to the root cause of the anxiety and applying the necessary tools to make an everlasting change.
